Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Your time is valuable, and so is mine! I completely understand that life happens and sometimes plans need to change.
I kindly ask for at least 72 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows me the opportunity to offer that time to another client.
* Cancellations within 72 hours: A fee of 50% of the scheduled service total will apply.
* No-shows: Missed appointments without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total.
* Deposits: Any deposit already paid will be applied toward the applicable cancellation or no-show fee.
As an independent stylist, each appointment is time reserved especially for you. I truly appreciate your understanding, consideration, and support of my small business.
